DAY 1 – MEKONG COUNTRYSIDE CYCLING, COOKING & LOCAL LIFE
Overnight: Local homestay in the countryside outside Can Tho

Begin your relaxing countryside experience in the heart of the Mekong Delta.
If you are departing from Ho Chi Minh City, you will need to arrange your own transfer to Can Tho at around 10:00 AM. After booking, we can assist you with the transfer if needed.
Countryside Cycling Experience
Start your cycling journey along quiet village roads surrounded by tropical gardens, rice fields, canals, and small local communities away from the usual tourist routes.
Along the way, you will:
- Cycle through peaceful countryside paths
- Discover local farms, canals, rice fields, and fruit gardens
- Visit a traditional Khmer temple with unique local architecture
- Stop at a local market and experience everyday Mekong life
- Taste fresh tropical fruits and local snacks
- Meet local people and learn more about life in the countryside
Enjoy the fresh air, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful scenery of the Mekong Delta as the afternoon slowly turns into sunset.
17:00 – Return to the homestay
Cooking Class & Local Dinner
In the evening, relax at the homestay and enjoy the countryside sunset, weather permitting.
Join your host family for a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class, learn how to prepare local dishes, and enjoy dinner together.

DAY 2 – CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET & MEKONG RIVER LIFE
05:30 – Pick up
Sunrise on the Mekong
Cruise along the river at dawn and watch the sunrise over the Mekong while the river slowly comes to life.
Cai Rang Floating Market
Arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest floating market in the Mekong Delta.
Discover how local traders have traditionally bought and sold fruits, vegetables, and other goods directly from their boats. Your guide will explain the history of the market and its importance to local river life.
Vietnamese Breakfast on the Boat
Enjoy a traditional local breakfast while cruising on the river.

Pineapple on the River
